This Page has pictures from the recent lunar eclipse of November 8, 2003.

All pictures were taken with a kodak dc215 zoom digital camera. The camera was, obviously, not mounted on a telescope. I normally use this camera for taking snap shots, and relatively close-up pictures.

The moon as it looked the night before the eclipse.

This picture was taken on November 7, 2003, the night before.

Picture three

Same time as picture three

The two pictures, above, were taken at 7:20.

Just before total eclipse

Nearing total eclipse.

Last picture before total.

The above three pictures were taken just before the total eclipse, 7:40 p.m.

There was not enough light during the total eclipse for a picture.
